This quilt was inspired from my childhood memories of going to the mall with my mom. We would, on occasion, get lost or we couldn’t remember where a certain shop was located, so we would find the lit-up map that was at the entrance of the indoor mall. The first thing we would find on the map was thelarge “X” indicating [YOU ARE HERE]. Knowing our location, we could navigate which way we wanted totraverse through the mall on our shopping spree.
